These terms explain the rules that apply when accessing or using Sovabet.
Introduction and eligibility
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Sovabet. By accessing, registering or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. Use is limited to people who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to bet in their location.
Your Sovabet account
You must provide accurate, current information and keep your login credentials confidential. Activity completed through your account is treated as authorised by you. Accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, multiple registrations or rule violations may be restricted, suspended or closed.
Deposits and withdrawals
Payments must use methods made available on the platform and funds that legally belong to you. Withdrawals may be subject to identity, ownership, fraud-prevention and anti-money-laundering checks. Incorrect payment details supplied by a user may delay or prevent processing.
Betting procedures
Review every selection, odd and stake before confirmation. An accepted bet cannot normally be cancelled or changed. Settlements use official results from recognised sources. Obvious pricing errors, technical faults or system malfunctions may result in an affected market or bet being corrected or voided.
Acceptable platform use
You must not manipulate markets, exploit vulnerabilities, use unauthorised automated tools, interfere with platform operation or access another user’s account. Prohibited behaviour may lead to account action, bet cancellation and further investigation.
Service availability and liability
Sovabet services are provided subject to availability. Continuous or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sovabet is not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control, including network, device or third-party service failures.
Intellectual property
Platform software, branding, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated when products, legal requirements or platform operations change. Revised terms take effect when published. Continued use after publication means the revised terms are accepted.
Complaints and disputes
Contact the Sovabet Support Center first with a clear description and relevant reference numbers. Complaints are reviewed using account and transaction records. Any unresolved dispute is handled under the law and jurisdiction applicable to the service and user.
